16-Session Athletic Training Program

Our 16-session program is designed for athletes ages 8–12 who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Beginning October 21st, training will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00–7:00 pm at Overtime Sports.

Led by Coach Hayden Warren, each session combines purposeful drills with an encouraging, team-like environment where kids stay motivated while learning how to push themselves the right way.

Athletes will focus on:

Speed & Agility – mastering quickness, footwork, and reaction time

Strength & Conditioning – age-appropriate exercises that build power safely

Confidence & Mindset – learning discipline, resilience, and self-belief that carries into every sport and into life

Coach Hayden’s proven approach blends serious skill-building with fun and energy, keeping kids engaged while helping them reach their potential. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to sharpen their competitive edge, this 16-session training series sets a foundation for athletic and personal growth.
