Love Wins Community Event

Love Wins is a free, family-friendly community event designed to support foster youth and foster families through movement, connection, and wellness.

This event offers age-appropriate youth fitness activities, games, and connection-focused experiences for foster youth, alongside a beginner friendly restorative yoga session for foster parents and caregivers. Our goal is to create a positive, welcoming environment that encourages physical activity, stress relief, and meaningful connection for families involved in foster care.

Love Wins is intentionally designed to be inclusive, supportive, and uplifting—providing space for kids to move, play, and build confidence, while caregivers are given time to reset, breathe, and focus on their own well-being.

Foster Parent & Caregiver Experience

While youth are engaged in activities, foster parents and caregivers are invited to participate in a beginner friendly restorative yoga session focused on:

  • Stress relief
  • Intentional breathing
  • Physical and mental reset

This session is designed to meet caregivers where they are—no prior yoga experience required.

Community Partnership

Love Wins is made possible through a partnership between Overtime Sports Training Center and H.A.T.H.A, combining youth athletic development with trauma-aware wellness practices to support the whole foster family.

Together, we believe movement, connection, and care can make a meaningful difference.
