Coach Tiffany Westbay

At Overtime Sports, Coach Tiffany specializes in softball hitting and pitching lessons, working with athletes of all ages to build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a true love for the game. She is passionate about helping players sharpen their skills while also teaching the discipline, teamwork, and resilience that softball instills.

Tiffany’s own journey with the sport began at just six years old and grew into more than 20 years of competitive play. She competed on some of the region’s top-tier championship travel programs, excelling as both a shortstop and pitcher. Playing against the highest level of competition, she developed the advanced skills, discipline, and competitiveness that continue to shape her coaching today.

After high school, Tiffany turned her focus to education, career, and family, while continuing to stay connected to the game through coaching. She later went on to compete as a collegiate athlete, earning multiple athletic and academic honors, including recognition for her achievements both on and off the field from Beaver County Sports Hall of Fame.

With over 15 years of coaching experience and more than 20 years of playing experience, Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and perspective to every lesson. Tiffany credits the game of softball for shaping so much of who she is today and is committed to helping the next generation of athletes grow not just as players, but as confident individuals ready to succeed on and off the field.
