Kailee Thompson – Softball Pitching Instructor

Kailee Thompson is a senior at South Range High School and has been pitching for over 8 years. She has trained with some of the top pitching instructors in the area, giving her a wide range of techniques and drills to draw from. This experience makes her a knowledgeable and versatile pitching coach, especially for beginners who are just starting their journey in the circle.

In addition to her athletic background, Kailee has developed strong teaching and mentoring skills through her involvement with the Future Teachers of America program, where she assisted academic teachers and worked one-on-one with children. These experiences have strengthened her ability to connect with kids, explain concepts in a way that makes sense, and create a positive, encouraging learning environment.

Kailee is excited to join Overtime to offer beginner-level pitching instruction and to help young athletes build confidence, skill, and a love for the game.
