Professional Pitching Instructor

Coach Jack Kucek brings a major league pedigree and decades of experience to every lesson he teaches. A standout at Miami University (Ohio), Jack was selected in the 2nd round of the 1974 MLB Draft by the Chicago White Sox, launching a professional career that would take him through the big leagues with the White Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, and Toronto Blue Jays.

During his time in the majors, Jack competed against some of the best hitters in baseball, refining his craft and mastering the mechanics, strategy, and mental toughness required to succeed on the mound. Over six seasons in Major League Baseball, he earned a reputation as a hard-working, reliable pitcher who understood how to attack hitters and adapt under pressure.

After his playing career, Jack transitioned into coaching, where his passion for teaching the game truly shines. He has spent years working with pitchers of all ages, from youth players taking the mound for the first time to advanced athletes preparing for the next level. His instruction focuses on sound mechanics, command, and mental approach, while also instilling confidence and competitiveness in every student.

Athletes who train with Jack benefit from a unique combination of firsthand MLB experience, technical knowledge, and approachable teaching style. He has a gift for breaking down the game in ways young pitchers can understand, while also challenging them to push their limits. Parents praise his professionalism, his ability to motivate, and his commitment to helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.
